While I am not in-network with insurance, I can provide you with receipts upon request which you can submit for any out-of-network benefits you may have provided with your insurance carrier. Please keep all documentation provided to you at the time of service, as I charge a small fee to research and replace receipts.

My regular session fee is $140.00 per 50 minute session. I accept cash, checks, and debit and credit cards, including flexible spending/HSA cards. I utilize a HIPPA secure, text-to-pay app called IVY Pay.

Rachel has two practice locations during the week.

She is in the Fort Worth office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

She is in the Colleyville office on Thursdays and Fridays.

Thursdays: 12:00 - 3:00 pm

Fridays: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
